When exporting to Excel or PDF, by default only the selected rows of a table are exported.
If you want to export rows from multiple pages of the table, proceed as follows:
- Select all desired rows on the first page.
- Activate the checkbox at the bottom of the table to the left of the page selector. This will keep your selections when switching pages.
- Go to the next page and select the desired rows there.
- Repeat step 3 for all required pages.
- Then start the export to Excel or PDF.
Only the rows selected in this way will be included in the exported file.
