Why are not all rows from a table exported?

When exporting to Excel or PDF, by default only the selected rows of a table are exported.

If you want to export rows from multiple pages of the table, proceed as follows:

  1. Select all desired rows on the first page.
  2. Activate the checkbox at the bottom of the table to the left of the page selector. This will keep your selections when switching pages.
  3. Go to the next page and select the desired rows there.
  4. Repeat step 3 for all required pages.
  5. Then start the export to Excel or PDF.

Only the rows selected in this way will be included in the exported file.
