Email log
For customers who have already migrated to our new platform, the email log contains additional information about the sending of messages.
In addition to the send date, the delivery date and the delivery status are now also displayed.
The delivery status is based on the responses from the receiving email server and provides information on what happened to the email after it was sent. Depending on the email provider, different information may be available, for example:
- Delivered: The email was successfully accepted by the receiving mail server.
- Delayed: Delivery could not take place immediately. The system will automatically retry delivery at a later time.
- Inbox full: The recipient’s inbox cannot accept any further messages.
- Undeliverable: The email could not be delivered, for example because the recipient’s address does not exist or the receiving server rejected the message.
- Suspected spam: The message has been classified as spam or treated as spam in accordance with spam policies.
Please note that this information is based solely on the feedback from the receiving mail server. Not every email provider makes all status information available. Therefore, the scope and level of detail of the information displayed may vary depending on the recipient.
Migration to our new hosting platform
We are currently migrating all customers to our new hosting platform in stages. This change will improve the security and reliability of our service.
All functions and the familiar user interface will remain unchanged. You can continue to use our solution as before and do not need to take any action yourself.
We will inform you as soon as the migration for your organisation is complete. We expect the final migrations to be completed by the end of September.
Our previous hosting provider was no longer able to adequately meet our security and reliability requirements. With the new platform, we are creating a more stable and secure technical foundation.
