Registrations (Form Fields)

About

  • Registrations
  • Addresses -> Registrations
  • Courses -> Registrations

you will find the following form fields:

Couple

rowguid

Non-modifiable key for identification, set by the system.

Registration Number

This information is automatically created by the system.

Couple Number

This information is automatically created by the system.

Course

Select the course here for which the chosen person should be registered.

Date From

Only enter a date here if the registration does not apply to the entire course, i.e., the couple joins the course later.

Date To

Only enter a date here if the registration does not apply to the entire course, i.e., the couple leaves the course early.

Remarks

Text field, max. 1000 characters. In special cases, information/special features/etc. related to a registration can be added here.

Person1/Person2

Gender

Can only be selected for Person 1 (in a couple registration, Person 2 is automatically assigned the other gender). For same-sex couples, the leading person must therefore be assigned male and the following person female (this does not affect the person's actual gender but applies only to this registration). A person can thus have different genders in different courses.

Address

Select the address of the person to be registered here.

No Contact

If you check this box, the customer will not receive a registration confirmation (e.g., dance course as a birthday surprise).

Voucher

Price

Only enter a price here if the course price is not applicable to this registration.

Registration Status

Usually set to normal, but can be set to substitute, cash helper, or teacher (refers to the course price for this person). Upon request, beyond software can add additional options in the registration status.

Processing Status

Shows whether this person was reached, not reached, or not contacted. Can only be changed when opened via Edit, not via Add. Upon request, beyond software can add additional options in the processing status.

Registration Confirmation

Date and time field (format DD.MM.YYYY and hh:mm:ss).
Automatically recorded by the system and shows when the registration confirmation (by email) was sent. If course confirmations have been sent for a definite course, future registrations for this course will receive a course confirmation directly instead of a registration confirmation.

Print Party Voucher

Date and time field (format DD.MM.YYYY and hh:mm:ss).
Automatically recorded by the system and shows when the party voucher was printed.

Course Confirmation

Date and time field (format DD.MM.YYYY and hh:mm:ss).
Automatically recorded by the system. If a course status is set to definite, a course confirmation (KB) can be sent by email. The sending date of the course confirmation is then visible in this field.

Course Cancellation

Date and time field (format DD.MM.YYYY and hh:mm:ss).
Automatically recorded by the system and shows when the course cancellation (by email) was sent.

Course Reminder

Date and time field (format DD.MM.YYYY and hh:mm:ss).
Automatically recorded by the system. If a course is definite long before the start and course confirmations have already been sent, a reminder email can be sent shortly before the course starts. The sending date is then visible in this field.

Continue Course

Date and time field (format DD.MM.YYYY and hh:mm:ss).
Automatically recorded by the system. When a person or couple registers for the next course using the function w (continue), this date is shown in this field.
