Discount Types (Form Fields)

On the Discount Types page, you will find the following form fields:  

rowguid

Non-editable key defined by the system for identification. 

ID

ID of the corresponding discount types (e.g., s for students, ck for Colour Key, TdoT for Open House).
On iPad and iPhone, you must complete the manual entry of an ID by pressing Enter for the entry to be accepted.

Name

Name of the corresponding discount type (e.g., Students, Colour Key, Open House, etc.)

Sequence

Here you define the order in which the discount types are calculated in the system during automatic processing (e.g., 1 for first in line).

Amount

Here you enter the amount of the discount type.

Percentage

Here you define the percentage that the corresponding discount should represent of the total amount.

Automatic

Selecting this checkbox automatically deducts the discount from the amount.

Modification

Who last modified this record and when.

Creation

Who created this record and when.
