Why are not all Courses archived?

Depending on the individual settings, courses are automatically archived x months after the course end date.

If courses that could be archived according to these settings are not archived, the following reasons may apply:

1. The course is assigned to a course group that is set as ongoing.
2. There are attendances for the course that were paid with subscriptions, which could not be archived by the subscription archiving process.
3. There are registrations for the course that were paid with subscriptions, which could not be archived by the subscription archiving process.
4. There are registrations for the course that were paid with vouchers, which could not be archived by the voucher archiving process.
