1. Select Row

Click the checkbox of a row to select or deselect that row.

Additional rows can be selected or deselected by clicking their respective checkboxes.
All rows can be selected or deselected via the checkbox in the column header row.

2. Column Header

Click a column header to sort the table content ascending by that column.

Click the same column header again to sort the table content descending.

3. Column Menu

Click the column menu to sort the column, show or hide it, filter, group, or change the column position.

4. Quick Filter

Enter a value to filter the table content by that value.

Note:

By default, filtering is done by a "contains" match. This can be changed via the filter menu. See point 5.

As soon as you start typing, you will receive filter suggestions. These are continuously narrowed down as you type more.

5. Filter Menu

Click the filter menu to change the filter criterion.

6. Page Navigator

If there are more items than can be displayed on one page, click a page number to jump directly to that page.

Alternatively, you can use the arrow buttons to navigate to the first, previous, next, or last page.

7. Page Size

Click the page size to set how many items are displayed per page at most.

On the Settings page under General, pagination can be turned off.

8. Refresh Content

Click this button to reload the table content from the database.

9. Table Settings

Select Keep Selection if you want selected rows to remain selected after reloading the table.

Select Show/Hide Calculation Row to show or hide the row at the bottom of the table. This row can display counts, sums, averages, or other calculated values.

10. AI Field

AI support for tables can help with:

  • Sorting table contents
  • Filtering table contents
  • Grouping table contents
  • Showing or hiding columns
  • Moving columns

This allows tables to be adapted more quickly to your current workflow or analysis.

Note:

Do not enter any data subject to data protection, confidential, or sensitive information into AI fields.

AI support can be disabled on the Settings page under General.
