Standard Elements of Our Application

The following elements are displayed on the pages of our application, with few exceptions:

1. Title Bar

A) Logo
Click the logo to return to the home screen.

B) User Icon
Click the figure icon to access user-related settings.

Among other things, the following functions are available there:

• Log Out
  Logs you out of the application.
• Change Language
  Sets the language in which the application is displayed.
• Change Locale
  Sets the language and regional culture for displaying values such as date, time, or currency.
• Change Theme
  Sets whether the application is displayed in light or dark mode.

2. Menu Bar

C) Menu Command
Select the desired menu command to open the corresponding area of the application.

D) AI Support
The AI support helps you find relevant information or areas in the application faster.

E) Additional Functions

• Star
  Adds or removes the currently displayed page to or from the menu bar.
• Eye
  Switches to mobile view.
• Magnifying Glass
  Opens a page that is not directly shown in the menu bar.

3. Navigation Bar

F) Menu Command
Select the desired command to display the subtables.

G) Additional Functions

• Trash Can
  Deletes the saved state of the current page.
• Floppy Disk
  Saves the current state of the current page.
• Question Mark
  Opens the online help for the current page.

If the trash can, floppy disk, and question mark have different labels in the screenshot, they should not all be labeled as F. In that case, for example, F, G, and H would be clearer.

4. Command Bar

H) Menu Command

Select the desired command to perform an action on this page. The availability of commands depends on the selection in the table.

5. History Bar

The history bar shows which pages you have already visited.

Click an entry in the history bar to return to that page.
